Natura Morta con Trote e Funghi

A stillife is a challenging work. A special care is required in order to find a good equilibrium, with a good composition, combining the lights and shadows correclty and giving the sense of depth. In this painting I've choosen one of the most complex and most complete tecnique, with many different layers with different tones and transparencies in order to achieve a better result. The various elements in this painting are choosen not only for their appearance, but all of them have a special meaning for the final adressees of this artwork, this is an allegory.
Dipingere una natura morta è un lavoro sfidante. Bisogna fare molta attenzione a raggiungere un buon equilirio nella composizione, cercando di combinare correttamente luci e ombre, e dare un buon senso di prodonfità. Per questo quadro ho utilizzato una tecnica tra le più complesse, con molti strati di differente tonalità e trasparenze, per raggiungere il risultato finale. Gli elementi raffigurati non sono scelti soltanto per motivi di estetica della composizione, ma si tratta di un'allegoria, ognuno di essi ha un significato per i destinatari finali del quadro.
